Re: Elise broken down
S1 Elise fuel system is pretty reliable. Looks like you’ve tried the most common failure component which is the relay (MFRU). As most s1 elises will be approaching 20 years old the fuel pump is the next item I’m afraid. It’s a bit of a pain to diy as the tank needs to be dropped out.

Infamous car and a build I followed with great interest. Sadly couldn’t solve a drive shaft snapping issue so never saw its full potential.

Good luck with the sale PT. Late 2004 was when I got my first S1 and the next couple of years were melee of classic road runs of which that ice blue S2 led many, fond memories chap, fond memories.

If you want to split these, I'd take just the drivers side?

It will be tight, it's a lotus! Just look on https://www.deroure.com to give you an idea. You'll need access to both sides as its where it the flex connect to the hard brake line. It's very similar to the rear connection you've done but in a more inaccessible location.

Re: Fitting new Brakes And in need of some Help
The clam can stay on to change hoses even on a later s2 with abs from a quick look at a parts diagram (I'm an s1 man). You'll need to remove the front wheel arch liners to get access to the ends of the flexi hoses but that's about it.
