It was around two weeks from me booking it in, I used a borrowed van to take it on Saturday morning. I think its done in a day (weekday) I collected it a week later.

Update, I had it done (eventually!) at Allon & White. £245.
I stripped off all the old stuff myself, the glue was removed
with tar and glue remover but it stained the black plastic underneath
so I sprayed the section you can see if the header was removed with

For sale 4 wheels (2 front 2 rear) original tires but on the limit.
I’ve had these stored in the garage years from when I swapped them
over to do a few airfield training days. I will never use them again so
