Door Seal; Logo coming away and a rear mudflap.
Which turned out to be:
+ waistline seal (which the door glass passes between)
+ rear bulkhead door seal (allowed water + wind/noise to enter cabin during roof-on moments of torrential downpour etc).
+ vinyl insignias were peeling off the car
+ rear mudflap was flapping about and needed regluing
Since I was to be down at Leeds for this to be looked at, during rush hour traffic, I decided to kill several large ostrich-sized birds with one almighty boulder.
I wangled a very fair price from advice from a Lotus Enthusiast and got the car serviced, exhaust and TRD Airbox fitted too.
Byron - JCT's Lotus Technician/Mechanic did the work for me.
Not only that, but he does above and beyond what is expected of him, which you can only be ever grateful to him for and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.
He even took some photos of the work as he was doing it, to email me after work, in his own time. He also seemed happy to dedicate his out of work time to talk me through some of things with my car which is something that JCT Service Desk do not do in any detail.
Some Pics from Byron...

On with the new:

I don't know if you get much recognition here, but I'd assume you do as a regular member! Anyway, a well-deserved big hat's off to Byron, I feel confident to say that you make the aftersales @ JCT Lotus yourself! You truly are an asset to JCT Lotus.
