As you're in Wetherby, Pure Lotus in Thorp Arch would be a good place to go for repairs. They've been good for me on servicing and mods. Go in and have a word with Danny and see what you think.

Do not necessarily go to JCT for bodywork repairs. The firm they sub-contract to are not the most popular
.
JCT however are great for sales and aftercare

So JCT600 isn't popular for bodywork. It looks like it needs a new crash structure though and from what I can remember that is bonded onto the chassis.
The reason i don't know who to take it to is because I do work on it myself so haven't had any need to go to a garage. This needs a bit more attention to it than DIY spannering though
so i can't do it myself this time.
If this had happened to your car where would you take it?

Central is good locally or if you want a really first rate job Sinclairs (Essex Motorsport) in Romford.

Centrel sorted replacing the crash structure on mine when I had the 'off' on the way back form a meetbanx22 wrote:So JCT600 isn't popular for bodywork. It looks like it needs a new crash structure though and from what I can remember that is bonded onto the chassis.

And don't worry that you ar enot from just around the corner form them, they have people coming from a long, long way away (well outside the NYLOC area) due to their very high qulity work. They are so far removed form the quick in quick out places the insurance company will try and sell you.
Cheers

I have never used Central but know that all those who do, swear by them,
My vote on the other hand would be for Sinclaires in Romford, Essex. They have done repair work on both my Elise (twice) and 340r (Once) plus full resprays on each, I wouldn't hessitate to use them again in the future if needed. As with any place you may at times have to chase for a return call to questions but if they say they will have your car ready by a certain date then you can rest assured that they will pull all stops for the deadline.
I know it isn't local(250+miles from me) but it is worth using them

unforgiving studio lights brought out the best in our convertibles, from the Jaguars elegance to the 340R's madness
Track Torque at Tockwith, York would get my vote

Just lost their deposit at the Barnsley Central by-election
spoken to Lee at Central and he's told me to get it over to them and they will try and sort it out for me.
I'm hoping that when the clam is off there are no nasties and it can be fixed.
