Can anyone recommend a good wheel repaint company in Yorkshire. I want my Exige wheels done in a shiny black gloss colour. The satin finish looks a dirty grey colour all the time. Thanks in advance.

There's a place in York which did my friend's Alpina wheels nicely. I'll get the details, it's Viking or Yorvik or some other spurious historical reference. I have a graze on one of mine which is part of my winter improvements package.

The wheelspecialist.co.uk in Garforth did an excellent job on my S1 wheels. I drove in at 8:30am and drove out again at 5:30 pm all done. I think is was about £200:00 for the set if I remember rightly.

Thanks Lee. I'm a bit rusty with a wire brush.

I refurbed my own set in a slightly darker grey metalic which looks good. DIY refurbs' doesn't work out that cheap if you do it properly i.e. prime, paint and laquer.

I've got another set that needs doing so will be paying someone this time.
