2004/53 Clio 172 cup with 107k miles for sale

Original and clean car with FSH but needs some work. I will be completely open and honest about this but I am not an expert so cannot offer any guarantees about the advice that has been given to me!

I have all of the bills for everything done to the car and a full record of services (some recent ones done by me and I have always used genuine Renault parts - I have the invoices for these).

Only modifications are a K-tec stealth stealth stainless steel exhaust, Powerflex lower engine mount, Brembo max front discs with Ferodo DS2500 pads, k&n air filter.

The car has been owned by me since 22k miles and was first registered on the Isle of Man. Prior to buying it, I confirmed with Renault UK that it is a standard UK car supplied by them (and not classed as an import for insurance purposes). I have all of the documentation from the Isle of Man.

The bodywork is pristine apart from a scuff on the rear bumper and the car has never been in any significant accidents. It has only had only one minor bump needing a front wing, headlight and front bumper thanks to someone cutting across into me in a traffic jam. This repair was done professionally. On the plus side, there are hardly any stone chips on the front of the car!

The interior is original and in excellent condition, it has its original engine, unmodified apart from a k&n air filter

It has been checked by a local Renault specialist and they advised the following work (invoice with this advice on is available for inspection):
1.It needs a cambelt change before August 2015 but will also need the camshaft pulley changing. The engine sounds noisy due to the worn camshaft pulley but there is no loss of performance when it is running.
2.The horn does not work - requires a wire behind the steering wheel re-soldering
3. Airbag light is on - this is due to one of the sensors under the front seats as far as I know
4. Rear fog light and reverse lights not working due to an earth fault - needs earth wire to rear lights replacing or connection cleaning and refitting
5. Hand brake cables seized, rear brakes, callipers will need removing, cleaning/freeing and refitting as the car has been parked for some time and the rear brakes tend to stick.
6. Some wear on O/S/F wheelbearing and outer drive shaft coupling. This does not need immediate attention but included here in the interests of being open and honest.
7. Some corrosion on brake pipe across rear axle - again I don't think that this needs immediate attention but will need replacement in the future.

Please note that due to being SORN, the car cannot be driven off my street onto the main road, I will of course drive any buyer up the street to demonstrate that the car is drivable/revs cleanly/tracks straight etc but I would need proof of insurance if any buyer wishes to drive it themselves (on my street only) before purchase.
