I suggested he would be better off with a well sorted S1 than try and stretch his budget to a lowish mileage S2 which is just about ready for everything replacing! Oh and he's not gay
Does any one know of a good S1 with all available 'upgrades' fitted where some sucker...ahem 'enthusiast' has already spent all their hard earned on wheel bearings, radiator, new shockers, track rod ends, C service, remote thermostat, janspeed or equivalent blah blah?
I think he would consider an S2 if he could get the op' done in time..ho ho Seriously I think he would go for one if it was the right car but I dont think his budget will go there (and pay for the op' - sorry honest)
