Sorry if I've inadvertantly put the cat among the pigeons by using the word "detailing". Completely unintentional. Please feel free to berate me for the state of my car on Tuesday!

Don't worry it is just something that realy gets to me, it suggests this is some new phanomina and anyone who cleaned a car before this were only playing at it

Also from what I have seen most people who refer to detailing, they simply mean they will spend ££££'s and hours polishing the nice easy to get to outside of the car and forget about bits you don't normaly get to see e.g. wheel arches, bulkheads, hubs, suspension etc.

Will you guys be going on Tuesday straight from work? I'm thinking about coming home first and having a quick detail in the shower before heading out
