Hi Roger, welcome to NYLOC :wavey

As you can see from my avatar, I've just changed it in your honour, I also have an Evora MkI Excel and would you believe it, its also an SA. I've just spent the afternoon fixing the exhaust downpipe back on. Sounds better now with a new flexi section.

Get yourself along to the Buckles, your car will be welcomed there (erm...better on a club night though :D ), unfortunately, it may be a few months before I can get down again (North Scotland) but hope to meet up in the new year.

Roger, if you're a Lotus fan then you will fit right in at the meetings. It's a great mix of old and new (cars as well as owners!).

It's well worth the trip - even at this time of year, there's an average of about 50 cars in the car park depending on the time of year - we've had over 90 in the summer months. You'll definitely find some fellow Excel owners as we have just about everything in the club - Elite / Seven and so on.

As said previously, the rest of the forum opens up once you join up - you're only looking at about 20% of the total at the moment.

4th Tuesday of every month except December - more details & links on http://www.nyloc.org

Oh and welcome :bravo

Hiya mate, the next meeting is this coming Tuesday. Should be a fine occassion. Your Excel will fit right in - there are usually a couple in the car park. Lovely group of characters and loads of amazing cars as well.

See you then.
