Well, I'm finally making a concerted effort to sell the bugger so here's a copy of the ad I've stuck on Pistonheads.
Lotus Sport Exige 240R, Build No 001 of 50. I have owned the car from new and it has been meticulously maintained. All servicing has been carried out by Lotus Sport at Hethel with no expense spared and the car has recently completed it's 29,000 mile service. The Ohlins dampers have just undergone a full rebuild by Mick Gardner racing along with full geometry setup. The car is in perfect condition throughout.
The main features of the 240R are as follows:
- Toyota engine with Roots Type Eaton M62 Supercharger
- Lotus Sport Air to Air Intercooler
- Ohlins two-way adjustable dampers
with ride height adjustment
- Adjustable front anti-roll bar
- Lightweight Lotus Sport 5-spoke Alloy Wheels
- Yokohama AO48 tyres
- Upgraded brake system
- Stage One sports exhaust
- Accusump oil reservoir back up
- Twin Oil Coolers
- Custom Lotus Sport interior
- Air Conditioning (neither use nor ornament though)
