It was only a matter of time until I spread my cyber wings here. I come bearing an 09 Elise SC sold to me by Andy/Steve @ JCT.

As an ice-breaker, in the style of 'Where's Wally?' let's see if you can spot my yellow Elise:

Welcome :wavey
Go on, we're always interested in your history with the marque (first Lotus / what made you go for it etc) and anything else we can use against you at some point in the future? ;)

Erm, i've previously owned an MR2 roadster for 2.5yrs (T29 MPH - going up at the auctions soon) and saw this as a logical upgrade. Been hankering after a Lotus for a long while (over 2 yrs) and finally, due to circumstances (changing for the better) at work, was able to pick up the SC just recently!

1st Tuesday is another club's day!

I thought the Stokesley runs were just one-offs as the mood took Mark?

Quite a few folk has said this same thing - it's funny when someone else says that they've sat in (and in the case of SELOC, a few had driven it too)!

Hi Matt, There are usually a few of us from the area who will meet up for a run down. Is usually more in summer time, but thinking about a run down for the Janurary Meet (26/01/10). I use to do runs down from Yarm, but been really busy over the past couple of years and was living in York. Can be any who sugests a run down and will post it up in the main forum, then a few of us will meet up.

Be a good chance to get used to the car if you fancy a run down. In this weather, the pace will be relaxed, so no pressure. I don't mind travelling at the back and letting the others go off in front if you want to come down and not feel pressured to keep up.
