Hi Steve and Alan, thanks for the warm welcome back! Its good to be back in Lotus ownership again, Ive been having an affair with a Clio V6 for the past couple of years (well it was fibreglass and rear engined!) and along with getting more involved with my bikes, I thought it was time to get back into another Lotus again. Hey Alan you should get hold of a Type 49 S2 if you can find one, I'm sure there was one for sale for about £18k when I was looking for my Exige, which is a lot of coin for a K-series powered elise, but they are a rare thing!... the chap that bought mine (subsequently from a dealer) called me a few years later to tell me the head gasket had gone not long after he bought it!

My newly acquired Exige is just in at Chris Foulds currently having a bit of a fettle, hope to have her back next week.

Hope to see you all again at Buckles if not before xmas in the new year.
