Hello all.
After being sold this forum by Danny whilst lurking at JCT600 and sampling the Evora's I thought I should register and say hi
SWMBO has sold her Z4 and after saving hard we're now cash rich and ready to buy.
Current wishlist, in order is:
Premium pack
Reversing camera
Red/Blue/Yellow or White
Sports and Tech
S or n/a
Budget is in the 30's, and not too fussed with the SR interior - much prefer my leather. Feel free to link to any for sale that I may have missed.
Really looking forward to joining the Lotus family - we're both very much into our forum meets with the Z4s and the Cayman, as no doubt you guys are too.

to Paul S too if your reading this.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, we look forward to seeing whatever you bring along (you might get a bit of stick for having a Porsche, but all in good spirit!).

theres was a yellow one at Chris Neils (Oakmere) in Nantwich.....Cheshire....
Lotus Dealer and a good price......not sure if they still have it tho'
they seem to have a very quick turn round.....
TBH when I was looking for mine I found them very difficult to get to see as they all tended to go within a week or so.....
I went all over the place....and missed a couple of cars by dilly dallying........took me a while but the dealer found me mine and I bought it straight away......(after the test drive of course..)
good luck with the Evora hunt

Thanks Ben, but driving that one, and the sports racer demonstrator, convinced us that we wanted a premium pack car.

If we haven't got anything sorted, I'll hopefully trundle along in the Cayman to your next monthly - I know mine will start at the end of the evening too

Exciting week.
Wednesday we were heading to Poole, but that S sold.
Thursday we were heading to Maidstone, but that S didn't have Tech.
Friday we arranged to go see a n/a in Silverstone that was arriving in Saturday.
When we arrived on Saturday we found an embarrassed Aimee and a non premium car - and a corrected advert.
Meh - this is harder than I hoped already!
The Essex with Venom leather in Silverstone was very nice tho!

Not sure if anyone is reading these notes, but I'm finding it therapeutic.
This weeks adventure starts with a call about a Red Sports Racer S in Edinburgh - sounded mighty fine until we discovered that it was the exact press car used by Top Gear etc. To be fair to Brandon he did reveal this when asked, but didn't exactly volunteer it up-front.

Then diverted to call about a White Sports Racer S at a non OEM dealer - again sounds good, until I found that exact car in the Pistonheads long term fleet.

I guess you'd at least inherit some nice action shots of your car if you bought one of those two, and the price probably reflects some of the miles that these guys have put on them, but think I'd worry about the general lack of car and abuse they'd get. Thoughts welcomed.
A little more patience is required I think...

Don't suppose anyone knows this car do they?

Or can see anything odd / obvious in the photos?
P.s. What's the official colour do you think?

Looks nice, colour could be Aquamarine blue?
If no-one on here knows the car, given its location it might be worth asking on 'the other forum'

Glad you've got one, looking forward to seeing it.
Yes, the meet at Buckles is on Tuesday 26th at around 6.30/7.00pm ish.
It's the 4th Tuesday of every month.

Cheers all - nicely introduced to the NYLOC crowd on Tuesday night. The Mrs is very happy with her acquisition.
It's an awesome machine, and make my daily driver feel a little flat in comparison.
Now let's see some photos from the other newbies introduced on the same night!
... and one of the daily driver, taken from just north of Buttertubs!
