How do these posts with such FULL details Inc picture with car and reg number sit with GDPR?
Especially in the public section of the forum.
Are we leaving the directors/ admin open to legal action??

It's not personal data.

So you would be happy someone posts you have been seen, in your car posting reg number and full location

Yes. GDPR is about being able to identify someone from their personal data; amongst other things. This isn't a breach of GDPR by any stretch of the imagination.

I seem to remember this raising it's ugly head last year,my feeling is there are millions of cars out there with number plates and vehicle identity on view to all.There is nothing in the photo which shows the driver or his personal details.I even asked him when I drew along side if he minded being posted up.What's the harm.

Spotted the same car on Saturday, is it GDPR if I say it sounded lovely ?
