This draughting board is fully working, the position of the board can be easily moved as the weights are still present. The wires are in place for the parallel motion rule which works and slides up and down with ease.
This board has been in use for possible 80 years.
The ironwork was painted at some point in the past with a black paint, though this does not appear to be epoxy paint.
It is currently on a first floor, it is a very heavy piece of furniture and will require dismantling before being moved by the buyer.
