Spotted this at the train station as we were passing by, silver S1 with the plate \"DS ****\"
You then followed us in the BMW estate and floored it past us going up the A62. That modified exhaust sounded awesome, it made up for my horrid coach journey!!
Anyone here??

Didn't realise you were so close to me!!
The exhaust is probably the best I have heard on an Elise, I will have to get over to a NYLOC meeting at Buckles sometime later in the year to see some more!!

I'm only over the hill from you guys! I live in Birstall but don't spend much time there, at Uni down in Nottingham!
I have spoken to you Daz at the Bolton Abbey pistonheads meet I am sure
I am home on Easter vacation from March 25th to April 17th, is there a NYLOC meeting or run between those dates??
PS. Daz, I saw your skoda the other day, very similar plate to the Elise??

The exhaust is the same Janspeed that was fitted from new in 98, not even sure if it's stainless or not, with a cat by pass pipe and a Hurricane.Personally I thought it was a bit tame, but you can't get the same impression when you're inside the car. I did think of adding a stainless 4-1 manifold as a future upgrade.
Look forward to seeing you on some runs sometime.
Dunx.

As for the Skud, you more than likely may have seen it. The reg plate has one letter different to the Liz.

Sorry to say it Dunx, but after hearing your exhaust on Friday and thinking that was loud, I heard one today that beat it!!
It was an S2 in Gulf colours and was sooo loud it was untrue! That was over your side of the hills as well!
Daz, is NYLOC the second Tuesday of the month?
Could be able to get to it if that's the date
