Thanks for all the kind words folks.

I will be at the next meet on the last Friday of May. The car should be run in by then....

Can't stop smiling when I am driving it still - I suppose that's a good sign!

Catch up with you all soon.

Is it just me or when you happen to drive past another Lotus driver, there is always a wave, flash of the lights or thumbs up? I have yet to go out on a cruise around Tadcaster, York, Wetherby without seeing another Lotus driver and for them to be particularly friendly.

It's like you've joined a club or something.......

That's it - most will wave back at you, the ones who don't either haven't seen you / didn't spot you til the last second or shouldn't be driving a Lotus ;)

Yes, it's this Tuesday, but don't feel you have to wait until 7:30. I'm sure there'll be some of us there before that :bravo

Had a great first meeting last night - all very friendly and looking forward to some of the events. What a result - won a bottle of wine in the prize draw too - I am not going to be very popular!
Looking forward to a trip out on Sat with BFF and others if the weather is good.
Thanks to all for making a newbe welcome.

Nothing planned for this Saturday Mark, feel free to organise a short notice run by all means. Possibly a bit awkward with it being a Bank Hol but there's usually a few up for a run.
We're in Bourne on a birthday bash otherwise would have joined you.
