Very nice - get those tyres swapped though.

Sport 160s if looked after could be good investments.

Yeah, ordering the Yokohama's today!

It did Advans on the rear and Toyo's on the front previously. Is there any preferred combination these days?

Thanks for all the comments....really enjoying it already!

Same all round!

If you're planning on track days 888's or I hear T1-Rs are good too and they are more road biased - but i have no experience of them.

I have the Toyo Proxes T1-R's on my Elise, i'm very happy with them. The car had them on the rear when i bought it 3 and a half years ago and Pirelli's on the front, it used to understeer and tramline badly. Not a problem as the Pirelli's didn't last long and when i swapped to the Toyo's on the front the problems were solved, only just replaced the rear tyres last month after 3 and a half years and 25,000 miles too.. and they weren't even new when i got the car. So, good grip, excellent on the road and hard wearing, and, they're reasonable on price too. :bravo
Lotus virgin. Not anymore, i've done it, i've bought one.
