Looking To Purchase My First Lotus Elise S2

Hello Everyone


I'm based in Manchester and would love to join the club and participate in some of the adventures and club meets.
I don't currently have a Lotus, but I'm actively looking for an Elise S2 if possible. It would be great if it was already a club car, as It would give me a little more confidence and trust in the purchase.

I have around £12000 maybe a little more to spend, if the wife lets me
Not sure what I would be looking at for that money, but hopefully someone may be able to help me.

Hello again.

Their doesn’t seem to be many cars available at the moment.
I spotted this on Ebay, not sure if anyone knows the car at all.

I believe it was originally from the North East. Seems to have been serviced in the Ribble Valley area as well.
Any help or buyers guide would be very much appreciated, so as not to purchase a lemon.

price looks a bit high for a 2001 car, if I where you look for a short roof model {long tail bit of a pain to fit}
but on the plus side full service history, and head gasket replaced
