Must admit the new Europa is definitly a 'refined' elise/vxand not a different animal, but the motor is not a patch on the toyota lump,
turbo'ed or not,
and although it is supposed to have low down grunt, its a bit bland until the turbo cuts in.
Saw it in the flesh today at Hexham on the way to the North Tyne.
Must say I liked the look of it......sorry

She's Loads of Trouble and it's Usually Serious....then there's the Lotus!!!
Yeh Turbo Esprit ok
- cos Lotus sorted the lag (well almost
)..
Just had a look, I like it looks like a Lotus / VX hybrid, now thats cool.

Nick Carter VX 220 Turbo
I bought autocar yesterday coming back from london and it's been totally slated by them.
The steering’s good, performance is decent but they've just re-iterated what all the loti forums have been saying about the pointlessness of lotus producing a ~£30k 2 seater coupe.
Apparently the interior is not a patch on owt german and the whole thing is a bit of a nothingness.
