On the bridge of the inner ring road, leeds. Couldn't stop as police and recovery trucks were all over the place. A traffic nightmare. Hope you are ok!
Murray: "And there are flames coming from the back of Prost's car as he enters the swimming pool."
James: "Well, that should put them out then."

Good to hear that no one was hurt.
One of my least favourite junctions in Leeds. regularly see near misses as the local hooligans race each other through red lights.
Even more of a pain at the moment with a building site on the corner.

Hope the driver of the punto got a good kicking! I know I wouldn't have been too pleased if someone did that to me.
Feel for the driver of the Exige, hope it gets sorted quickly.

Is it still an offence to drive on the public highway with a numbered car? I remember you used to have to cross them through.
Waiting for something.....

Think strictly speaking it's more proper race numbers, Phil. I doubt anyone would bother with the smaller ones you generally use on trackdays.

Nik Dixon - he's been to Buckles a couple of times, & the car is "Honda'd". Other party's insurers have accepted liability, I'm pleased to report.christimson wrote:Anyone know who's car it is?
His claim is being expertly handled by fellow Lotus owner, Steve Greensmith of http://www.europaconsultants.co.uk/
